The northern green belt of Orechovka

The green belt concept is a wider local planning concept what defines future image and process of development during time of a area on the edge of Orechovka, nowadays above railway number 120, what is a barrier between two very similar districts of Orechovka and Dejvice. At the conceptual level, a method of coordinating contradictory interests in the territory is presented. It consists of coordinating preservation of a valuable alotment garden, the creation of a contiguous park area and the development of the site. The result is beneficial for the neighbourhood and the wider region of Dejvice. The ATRN studio work of this semester is devoted to a smaller section of the area - the western part of the park with the alotment gardens of the Northern Green Belt.
