Architectonic design deals with the restoration of the destroyed historical block in the center of Jihlava, the completion of public spaces with the help of new student housing and coworking. The basic concept is respect for the historic existing buildings, hard tectonic pliable facade, permeability of the whole organism of buildings which functions both horizontally and vertically, openness and possibilities.
