The chair was designed to participate in the Andreu World International Design Contest 2020 - chair or table in sustainable design.In the design process, I took inspiration from the current situation, the coronavirus global pandemic and the long waiting queues for coronavirus testing associated with it. I designed a portable wooden chair, which can be taken basically everywhere, for example into the above mentioned queue, on a trip to nature or to a concert, so the person taking it will be able to rest easily everywhere. The chair itself was designed to take up as least space as possible and was easy to store and due to its compactness it can be easily carried in a car and still leave most of the trunk free. At last, there is a minimum of residual material from the production of the chair.
