Housing complex Spinning factory

I am designing a housing complex in part of the spinning mill area along the river. As part of the design the unused buildings are being demolished mainly in the northern and eastern part of the existing block. This will create space for the creation of a new road, which provides the possibility of removing transport from the riverside. This will make it safer place for cyclists and at the same time create a pedestrian area. I design four buildings of two different typologies. The gallery houses has function of screening of the industrial area. The atrium disposition supports the interaction between people within the residental complex. The block also includes an office building that acts as a barrier to the busy Ašská street. Parking of the entire block is solved by a parking house.
