At first glance, it fits into the new block structure, designed on the border of today's uncomfortable buildings around the Prague - Holešovice railway station and undeveloped areas in the place of the former Bubny freight station, on the corner of Partyzánská and Vrbenského streets. Adherence to the exact orientation of the church east - west leads to deviation from the expected direction and to offset from the building line of the nearest blocks, the building thus becomes more important. The use of bricks as the main material refers to the industrial history of Holešovice. The brick is treated traditionally, the house is designed so that the usual procedures can be followed when working with this material.
