ORIONKA - Housing for the elderly and day care center

Living at the interface of block and villa development offers a quiet environment combined with good access to public amenities and the benefits of the city. Such a place is suitable for the placement of comprehensive care for the elderly. I am designing housing for elderly. The ground floor is reserved for shops related to the needs of seniors, such as a pharmacy. The first floor provides the possibility of medical office, massages and similar services. Apartments with layouts 1+kk and 2+kk are designed with respect to the needs of seniors. On the ground floor there is a day care center, from which it is possible to enter directly into the adjacent park.
