Annotation
The municipality house serves as a small community center located in a village Libeň near Prague. The elementary form with gable roof echoes the traditional village buildings in its surrounding, but uses modern materials and details. The building offers a small café, multifuncional space for everything from family celebrations to yoga lessons, rentable room for a small shop or a service and 3 flats on the upper floor.
