SPA DU LUXE! - HYDROTHERAPY CENTER

Kokořín’s natural outdoor pool and hotels have been abandoned for several years. It is with the idea of giving back to this site its dynamism of yesteryear that this project was born. A hydrotherapy centre, a spa is located at the end of the natural basin. This one consists of two parts that are the floors. The ground floor includes the changing rooms, the reception and the wet part, a half-level lower than the entrance, flush with water. The dry part and the external view are at the top. Finally, the roof terrace allows you to keep the footprint of the building to raise it and offer views. A slightly reflective glass box covers these floors and allows you to see without being seen.
