The topic of affordable housing has become more and more popular in recent years. While working on Oberbaumstraße 3, despite an extensive search in the literature, I did not come across the slightest hint of a "proof of concept" of sustainable housing. Therefore, in my project I deviated from all experimental ideas and continued to deal only with the house. A house that should provide a dignified start in its form to beginning families and young people. Such a house must be built with regard to the effective use of the plot and quality materials that will withstand more frequent rotation of residents, especially in the interior.
