Housing Podbělohorská

The urban solution is based primarily on the surrounding buildings, apartment and terraced houses are designed. The combination of these houses creates a graded height arrangement, which decreases according to the slope of the terrain and allows a maximum view for all residential units. The project seeks to support and preserve the characteristic elements of the area, such as tree lines, intimate sloping passages and front gardens. The floor of the apartment building responds to the slope of the terrain. The basic typologies of housing units are either transversely ventilated flats or diagonally oriented hall flats. The most common apartments are 3kk and 2 + 1. Housing is perceived as the main theme of the whole area and therefore the housing complex is a monofunctional whole.
