LIVING IN THE CITY - PRAGUE ZLÍCHOV

The solved area is located in the narrow neck of the Vltava valley, where the development of family houses and a maximum of three storey apartment buildings is spread on the slopes of the valley. The concept of building an apartment building respects the surrounding buildings and was designed so that its solution, on the one hand, contributes to the appreciation of the area and, on the other hand, preserves the existing housing qualities of the neighboring villa. Its mass does not exceed the surrounding buildings and the quiet simple facade is to be a "suitable complement" to the beautiful natural scenery that forms its background.
