The empty area has been transformed into a multifunctional area with buildings for various purposes. The housing stock building is reserved. The first floor is entirely dedicated to shops and small businesses. The first office contains congress halls on the ground floor and typical office space on the other floors. On the ground floor of the second office there is a cafe for guests and employees of the complex. The library building houses various workshops and laboratories, lecture halls, a separate administrative block on the ground floor. The weightless and transparent appearance of the buildings is balanced by parametric panels. They provide protection from the sun and create an attractive play of shade and light.
