The Hause at Luzickeho seminare

This is a project of a multifunctional building in U Lužického semináře street in Prague with a predominantly residential function. The location in which the project is located is part of the historic center with a rich past. The area on which the building is located has already been built up by burgher houses in the past. The capital city of Prague lacks thousands of flats to meet demand, and so this project of a multifunctional house was born, where the housing units are complemented by a café and gallery on the ground floor of the building.
