Surroundings of The Prague Congress Centre

The surroundings of the Congress center should serve not only for congress participants, but mainly for local residents. We need the space to be inhabited during normal days. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the transport solution so that the space is more easily accessible on foot from the neighboring residential areas. The service of the main road is crucial for the functioning of Prague. I keep it fluent. The exit from the main road is now mainly underground. Thanks to this, we gain space on the South Terrace for the new Pankrácké Square, to which I am adding another house. In response to the proposal for the new KCP, it boldly heads through the main road to the Corinthia Hotel. In the new house there is a school, shops, library and cinema.
