Regulatory plan Jesenice - Říčanská

Regulatory plan for the new center of Jesenice, a city located 3 km beyond the southern border of Prague. A new tram line from metro D Písnice to Jesenice will end in the newly designed center of the town of Jesenice, and there will be a new parking lot for Central Bohemia commuting to Prague for work. The content of the regulatory plan was to set binding conditions for the arrangement and use of public spaces and for the spatial solution of development on private land. The draft regulatory plan follows on from the urban development project of the entire town of Jesenice, which was prepared in the summer semester 2020. The regulatory plan is prepared in accordance with the Building Act and its implementing regulations and simulates the elaboration of the regulatory plan exactly as process
