Hotel and Office Building
Annotation
In the developing area nearby the Nádraží Holešovice I have designed a corner of the housing block highlighted by a high-rise tower. The solid part of the complex is used by the hotel, while the horizontal narrow block serves as a space for flexible, illuminated offices.
In hotel, there are 171 double rooms and 43 suits, intended mainly for accommodation on business trips. Guests can use the congress centre, restaurant, bar or fitness.
Offices are designed in two independent objects with open-space offices with a possibility to be divided and rented separately.
