Housing Podbělohorská

Podbělohorská street is a warm stream flowing through the city. At the same time is a barrier which separate the city in two parts. Shaded by the Strahov hill, starting in the Plzeňská street among clutter of First Republic villas, concrete estates, semi-detached apartment buildings to the very edge of the city. The complex of ten building, which is being built in this disturbed place between Ladronka park and Skalka hil is trying to contact surrounding builds and fit correctly into the Prague. These houses are looking for the right measure for a pleasant city and the right standard for its inhabitants. But what is the standard today? Project is trying to find answer to this question using these elements: terraces, front gardens, south oriented apartments, private garages and many others.
