Multuple functions in one building. Dense store with dense housing.
3 floors for public in the form of a department store, followed by a floor with storage and administration. The remaining 11 floors are used for housing with a total of 30 apartments.
Dense neighbors connecting their dense buildings.
Small courtyard as a crossroad between the department store, a spa with a restaurant on the ground floor and a house for children and youth on a nighboring plot. The lack of semi-private oudoor space for the residents is replaced by a childrens playgroung and a badminton court on the roof of a 15-storey building.
