ORIONKA - apartment house
Annotation
The location is located on the border of the Vinohrady block and villa development - the area of today's non-functional tram depot. In this regard, one of the goals was to respect the surrounding buildings and make the transition from blocks to villas. The project represents two residential buildings. Each has six floors, the ground floor serves as a commercial space. On the recessed floor there is a terrace. There is also an underground garage for 80 parking spaces.
