The transport system was solved in the project, thanks to which new plots of land were created for design. To revitalize the space around the congress center, the project envisages the construction of a multifunctional building, which includes offices, a coworking space, a media library and a shopping center. The idea of the project is to make the space around the congress center more pleasant and comfortable for people. Create a public space for different groups of the population, improve living standards and attract people to this part of the city.
