Triangl Hanspaulka

Originally vineyard of residence Špitálka, today dominant green wold in the middle of representative villas of the 1st half of 20th century, this is Hanspaulka. Maybe it is because of the magnificent views of Prague, peace, or historical preservation that made it possible to preserve the character of public space to this day. Our aim is to follow up with this dominant and therefore we keep most of the wold for park/vineyard/free-time activities. Four apartment buildings line up alongside the street Na Kodymce and their overall land area makes up circa 700m2. The design of our apartment building which is located on a corner plot is based on a square of dimensions 13 x 13m. The main dominant of this project is a frontal tube with a staircase extended by a glass wall on the west side.
