KCP - URBAN REVITALIZATION

The main concept of the design is to create a quality public space within currently unused area. Thanks to the radical elimination of roads and the relocation of parking spaces to the underground, a space sufficient for creation of number of cozy nooks was found in the area concerned. While the south terrace opens towards the residential blocks and makes the adjacent spaces on the parterre more attractive, the north terrace with its austerity enhances the uniqueness of the palace. The design is based on better permeability of the area with the intention of attracting visitors and their subsequent stay within the area.
