Roots includes the design of a complex of buildings; winery, restaurant and space for accommodation, along with the planning of vineyards, a small food production area and gardens.
The starting point was the ambition to bring the traditional ways of living to the modern era while focusing on reconnecting the people with the landscape and the art of making.
