The planned construction of a new section of metro D will give implulse to Otakarova Street as well. The house aims, to create a square out of a strange place. Plastically courageous element corresponds to the height layout of the track behind the site. The glass facade reflects the surroundings without stealing their identity. The internal rational layout allows for flexibility and preserves the purity of the design.
