BAUER 'S VILLA AND NEW BUILDING OF ENTRANCE CENTER IN HRUŠOVANY

In addition to the reconstruction of the purist villa by Adolf Loose, in order to establish an exhibition, it was part of the work is the design of a new building and the transformation of uncomfortable groud in Hrušovany near Brno. The concept is based on simplicity and clarity with a supported industrial footprint of the area in which the villa originated. The new building has mainly an information and recreational function. There is a café, toilets and spaces with information and souvenirs. The building is designed as a ground floor a building with an overgrown facade and an extensive green roof, which better integrates the building into the environment of an enclosed garden and does not compete with Bauer's villa, for which a reconstruction is proposed leading to its authentic state.
