Pragovka wetland

Vysočany is a quarter which is located in the east of Prague and takes high standard of living thanks to its quiet location near the center of Prague. However, its potential is becoming increasingly hampered by new development plans which can reduce the quality of future life here by their construction. My intention was to create a concept that will try to expand greenery along the stream Rokytka and connect it with future development project and art district Pragovka which is located in a former first-republic factory. Whole territory is slowly transforming from industrial area to completely new and modern part of Vysočany. That is why I tried to work with water mananagement in effective way.
