Indoor swimming pool in Vlašim

The project is located on the site of a sports complex in the town of Vlašim, southeast of Prague. The design includes a 25 m long swimming pool with six lanes, an educational swimming pool measuring 6 x 12.5 m and a wellness area. The building is divided into two parts which need another construction. The individual facilities for swimmers and employees are situated in a L-shaped floor plan surrounding the pool area. The pool has square floor plan. Exterior facades facing the complex are undulating and induce the movement of waves in the water. The south side facing is for swimming pool and it is straight, strict and works with the connecting building of the outdoor swimming pool.
