Hybrid Block Smíchov

The design of the Hybrid Block in Smíchov consists of four buildings. In the main building is a cafe, bistro, shop, offices, art studios and fitness center. On the opposite corner is residential housing with an active ground floor. In the middle of the land are two high-brand shops. All buildings are connected by a colonnade with an outdoor gallery.
