Completion of the Pankrác Plain

The area is located in Prague 4, the character of the locality is made up by two landmarks from the end of the 20th century - the Prague Congress Centre and the Corinthia Hotel. The aim of this project is to create a quality public space on large areas that are currently around KCP. An important element shaping the whole concept is the busy 5th May Street. The concept of the plan is to remove the off-grade crossings. On the northern terraces and along 5th May Street is being built a new development, which gives a dynamic impression when approaching from the Nusel Bridge. The western part follows form of surrounding block of buildings, the street Na Vítězné pláni continues to Na Pankráci Street. The eastern part is formed by linear development, which shapes the new street front.
