Fortification ring of town Cheb

The subject of my design is to define and consolidate the boundaries of the fortification ring around the historical centre of the town Cheb, which is defined by the remains of the fortifications. The places on the ring are connected by streets with different characters. By modifying the street profiles such as adding tree alleys, cycle lines, and active ground floor a fortification promenade with a uniform character will be created. It will encourage social interaction. As part of the design, several footbridges are also being created, which ensure greater accessibility and interconnection of both the circuit itself and the circuit with its surroundings.
