Housing estate Šalamouna

The project focuses on urban regeneration of modernist housing estate Šalamouna. The locality is situated well in the context of Ostrava - there is a strong relation to the city centre and also a good connection with other important parts of the city. There is also adjacent industrial zone of Vítkovice. Main topics of urban conception are public spaces, delimitation of public and non-public, replenishment of urban mass, inner yards, spaces for community and parking.
