The building has 3 floors and one underground floor. In the underground floor there are cellars for the inhabitants of the house. There are also 2 technical rooms and bicycle storage room . The entrance to the house is on the 1st floor. on the floors there are housing units for 2-4 member families. There are a 6 apartments in total. The ground floor apartments have small front gardens that are elevated above street level.
