Smichov Hybrid block

The hybrid block is located in Prague in the part of Smíchov, on the border of Štefániková, V Botanice and Matoušová streets. It consists of 2 buildings functioning as an office building, kindergarten and fitness center. The administrative building has an entrance from Štefánikova Street. There is a garage in the basement, which can be entered by car lift from Matoušova Street. The 2nd object is oriented to the north. It has 2 separeted entraces. One main entrance for the kindergarten and the other main entrance for the fitness center. The kindergarten is mainly located on the ground floor and on the 2nd floor there is a walkable roof used as a kindergarten playground. On the corner of Matoušová and Preslová streets, the building has 4 floors. All of them belong to the fitness center.
