The ballroom of Bustehrad castle

Bustehrad castle used to be the cultural center of the region. Nowdays, it is not in a vary good state anymore, however there is still a potential to bring public attention and become the cultural centre once again. The proposed project is focused on reconstruction of three lounges and the main ballroom. I designed not only the disposition plan, but also room painting. The ballroom is painted in grey-blue as a 'baroque' illusion paintings of the past. Another signature and important feature of the design is lighting in the specific shape resembling the ceiling.
