Veleslavin

The assignment of the studio work was the renovation of the historic center of Veleslavín and the replacement of car repair shops and the car showroom with new residential and multifunctional buildings. The aim was to create a new attractive development that will serve well not only for housing, but also add new places for work and rest. The project meets the requirements for new development and eliminates most of the current local problems of Veleslavín, such as the lack of shops, cafes, streets oriented more for cars, etc. The proximity of the metro, railway station and castle is just a big plus, which together with the new development will attract more people to this important historical site
