Residental house Veleslavín

On the northern edge of the cadastral area of Veleslavín there is a triangular block of houses, which is adjacent with a single-track railway. The block is not closed. There is a place between Adamova and Pod dvorem street. In the future the plans expect with new high-speed railway under the ground. The old railway embankment will be transformed into a cycle route leading to Stromovka. This steps changes the lucrativity and character of the place for the better. I am designing an apartment building with a shop and a café on this place.
