In the past, Břevnov had the main axis of its center leading perpendicular to the current Bělohorská streets and Patockova. The design uses this axis in the form of the main communication "boulevard". After the first preview through the landscaped area, along the commercial parterre of administrative and other parts of the building is an almost unobstructed view of the church of St. Norbert. Other axes of roads are the result of the connection of traffic to the existing streets Nad Kajetánkou, Jílkova and Pod Marjánkou. The parts with administrative, cultural, business and other commercial functions are connected into a seemingly integrated mass, at the eastern edge of the solved area, and have a service parterre from park-like areas graded according to the slope of the solved plot.
