Location near the retention tank at the interface of the Motol and Kotlářka is full of peace, potential and especially untouched nature. The main objective of the project is to extend the surrounding green with an emphasis on her image of a natural forest while ensuring plenty of parking places and expanded civil amenities for all people from surroundings. The concept of the project is made up of nature - a dominant that gradually extracts all aspects of the city outward to the main road. It is the exact opposite of the conventional development of the municipality, but more than desired in this site full of natural wealth.
