Dlouhá Míle transport terminal

The Dlouhá Míle transport terminal will become an important transport hub as part of the construction of a railway line connecting Prague and the airport. The train station includes a bus terminal, a public transport stop, a large-capacity car parking and parking places for bicycles. We design the terminal as a gateway to the capital, a local center, connecting the Prague Ruzyně district with the airport, shopping center and other public amenities. We integrate stops of all types of transport under one roof for the fast and safe transfer and easy orientation. The roof also serves as a public space with greenery connected to the bio corridor, which is joined to Divoká Šárka. It also serves as a bridge connecting the residential areas with the shopping center and planned office districts.
