The main design goal of this project was to find the right balance between tradition and innovation. Due to the use of borosilicate glass technology I was able to work with the effect of double-walled glass, which creates unusual appearance for whisky glass and what is more, double wall provides stable whisky temperature. The shaping is reduced to minimum curves in order to support the simplicity of the drink, which is one of reason why whisky is popular between its drinkers…The emotion of uniqueness and exclusivity is encouraged by inner shaping of the carafe and glass. The intimate moment of drinking whisky is the key feature of the product. The wooden tray works as acoustic speaker. Nothing else, only your intimate moment…your music and your whisky…
