Polyfunctional building Ostrava - Jírska

The plot is located in Ostrava in Jirská locality. It is very attractive in terms of location. In the northeast is the Nádražní street, leading to the city center. According to the new regulatory plan in front of the plot is proposed a formal square. In the current state of the land is an apartment building with 11 floors and a supermarket. Within the project, the apartment building and the function of the supermarket are preserved. The construction program also includes a parking house, medical facilities (according to the regulatory plan), a block of flats and a pub. The basis of the concept is the creation of a separate functional unit. The bloks layout and functions of the individual parts provide an opportunity to minimize time and other demands.
