APARTMENT BUILDING

In front of you is building B, which is located in the new, mostly administrative district of BB Centrum. With the covid and the start of the home office, new questions arise. My task was to try to solve one of them, and just deal with the transformation of an office building into an apartment building. I preserved only the load-bearing structures and the surroundings, including the courtyard. I was only dealing with part of Building B, its south wing. For my reconstruction, I chose a staircase type of apartment building. The entrances are located near the bus stop. I decided to turn the courtyard into a private part of an apartment building. On the 1st floor, I kept an area for shops and offices. 2 NP is a coworking zone. The next floors are residential.
