Pedestrian Footbridge

The design deals with the location of the footbridge, defining its exact function with an effort to act symbiotically with the surroundings and offer a new non-traditional perforated view of the river and nature in close proximity. The location of the footbridge naturally developed to the place of the imaginary center of gravity of the triangle between the towns of Hostín, Tetín and Serbia, and connected to the already existing sidewalk near the quarry and the branch of the pedestrian route. On the other hand, the entrance is facilitated by a natural embankment - a terrain wave, which compensates for the different height of the terrain on both banks of the river.
