Ústí nad Labem - Předlice

The project is the restoration of the Předlíce area in the town of Ústí nad Labem. Our concept of the territory is to make it more attractive with a post-industrial landscape and a technology park for the development of science and research. We are renewing and supplementing the structure of Nové Předlice and creating additional housing in the northern part of the territory to assume higher employment in the technology park, the preservation of industry and in the cultural area.
