Polyfunctional Building in Ostrava-Poruba

I was designig the polyfunctional building in Ostrava-Poruba on the site of an existing department store. Commercial spaces remained in my design, but i added coworking, housing and a roof garden to it. The area close to my site is percieved as a local centre by people, I tried to enhance this perception with my design.
