PŇOVISION

The aim of the landscape-urban study is to cultivate the urban area and the extra-urban area of the village of Pňovice, taking into account the specific needs of the countryside and local landscape. The aim of the presented proposal is to create a pleasant environment for the life of local people, animals and plants. The proposal respects and develops the values of the municipality and outlines solutions to the problems that have emerged from surveys and analyzes. The study focuses on eight areas - adjustment of public spaces, urban design and regulation of new development, support of community and cultural life in the village, provision of social housing and start-up apartments, bicycle transport, connecting the seat with the landscape, restoration and creation of alleys.
