The project of pilgrim route from Hájek to Budeč follows up an existing pilgrim route from Prague to Hájek, which consists of 20 chapels. The Loretto chapel of Hájek is the starting point of the new route which leads to Budeč - a Slovan hillfort with a rotunda which is the oldest standing structure in Czechia. The history of Budeč is related to the figure of Saint Wenceslas, a patron of the Czech nation and a symbol of our homeland.
