V Botanice, nursing home

Completing the northern side of a block, this nursing home is exposed to a busy street V Botanice in the Smíchov quarter, Prague. Competing to succeed in this noisy environment such it is, the main idea was to have as many of all the common spaces orientated into the inner, much more peaceful part of the block. Using motives such as a three storey common room facing the yard were means to achieve that kind of effect.
