"Lookout towers" all over the world, yet still in the Czech Republic. A portable building would be placed in specific locations in the Czech Republic, because it is the only place we can travel across while having the boarders of the country closed. Inside the dome, there would be a live stream 360° from a specific location in the world, so each visitor could take a look around a foreign country and observe the surroundings in live stream.
