The multifunctional parking house is located in Prague on Plzeňská Street. The assigned plot has an area of approximately 4 ha, now there is a retention reservoir Kotlářka, parking lot and gas station. This place is on one side adjacent to the main road and on the opposite side it is surrounded by hilly natural terrain.
The aim of the project was to increase the number of parking spaces and enrich this location with other functions that are missing in the area with the condition of leaving a gas station. The surroundings of the parking house, which is very diverse, should not be neglected either.
The main use of this house is the mentioned parking lot, as well as offices, a coworking center, a supermarket, a café and there is also sports activities - a climbing center.
